Sandy Goodson

While her extended family has lived in the Staunton area for decades, Sandy recently moved back in 2022. She hails from a well-known musical family, with her parents and siblings having been deeply involved in the Shenandoah Valley music scene for years. Sandy has taught Tin Whistle classes for children at the Blue Ridge Irish Music School and plays Irish flute with their Trad Ensemble, as well as in local Irish band “An Lar”. Additionally, she can be found playing guitar, whistles, flute and singing in the Americana/Roots/Folk band, “The Cry Babies”.
