Ear Training for Harmony

Service Description

This class is for anyone who is ready to use their voice with others to make chords, and sing in Harmony. Combining ear training exercises, harmony games, and rounds singing, students will gain a closer understanding as to how harmony works and how to make musical choices when singing with others. Thursdays 5:30-6:30 8/13, 8/20, 8/27, 9/3 ONLINE through Zoom Ages- 13+ Details: - $100 tuition covers all 4 weeks, so it breaks down to $25/class. - You only need to sign up for the first day of classes on the next page to sign up for the entire session. - If you want to pay ahead of time but know you will not able to attend all the classes, you don't have to pay for the ones you will miss - You may pay for the entire session at once or pay by the class - Drop-ins for single sessions are welcome - The rate of $25/class applies for a group lesson of 3+ people, so we need at least 3 people to sign up for it to stay at that rate - Prerequisites are being able match pitch - To prepare, have water, paper and pencil handy, and bring any songs you want help finding harmonies on -Students are encouraged to contribute to the repertoire
