Jon's Biography

Jon first began playing professionally in 2000, in Maryland. He completed two Armed Forces Entertainment tours, in 2003 and 2004. He has hundreds of live performances in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Virginia to his name. Jon moved to Virginia to live in late 2016, and soon began playing with local artists. He has amassed considerable practical experience performing a broad range of musical styles that primarily encompass rock and roll, funk, jazz, and country. He has also amassed considerable experience in the recording studio, and has hundreds of "sessions" under his belt.

As of today, Jon is feeling very fulfilled artistically and very blessed to be able to play music regularly with amazing and inspiring people. He loves the ability that music has to unify people, but also the power that it has to lift us out of whatever pain we're feeling at that time. It can be therapeutic and cathartic, and it is for that reason that Jon is so passionate about playing music as well as teaching it. He is deeply grateful to have an opportunity at Queen City Music Studios to help you or someone you know in their musical journey.
